This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Monitoring Checks: Conduct routine oversight of data processes to ensure seamless operation and identify possible issues.
• Incident Support and Solving: Deliver swift assistance for incidents, diagnose problems, and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
• Continuous Improvement: Recognize opportunities to enhance the production environment and apply changes to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Failure Management: Proactively prevent and capture failures in data processing to guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Communication & Documentation: Ensure clear and effective communication with stakeholders while documenting processes, incidents, and solutions.
• KPI Monitoring: Track key performance indicators, including data set availability percentages, to maintain service quality.
• Tickets Management: Oversee ticket management by creating, assigning, following up, and resolving issues promptly.
• Knowledge Base Management: Create and sustain a comprehensive knowledge base to support ongoing operations and incident resolution.
• Azure Data Factory: Extensive knowledge of Azure Data Factory, including flat file processing.
• Power BI: Expertise in Power BI, encompassing report creation, tabular model development with transformations, and permissions management.
• T-SQL: Strong understanding and practical experience with T-SQL.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Managed Service Mindset: A focus on SLA management and prioritization to ensure service delivery meets business needs.
