This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Design and develop scalable AI and cloud-based solutions utilizing Python, AWS services, and PostgreSQL.

• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and global stakeholders to convert requirements into technical solutions.

• Clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Lead code reviews, testing strategies, and deployment activities to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Create and sustain pharmaceutical forecasting models using analytics, historical data, and input from cross-functional teams.

• Work alongside global teams to provide insights, analytical presentations, and materials that support decision-making.

• Conduct business analysis, modeling, and automation utilizing SQL and Python.

• Offer strategic guidance on assumptions, risks, and optimization opportunities related to forecasting and AI workflows.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

• Over 4 years of experience in Python application development (FastAPI, Django, or Flask).

• Practical experience with the design and deployment of AWS applications.

• Familiarity with AI governance, guardrails, and internal AI tools.

• Understanding of AI development lifecycle practices and AI agent tool design.

• Solid grasp of database design and optimization techniques.

• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

• Additionally, Good to Have: • Experience with Docker or Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
