Data Engineer – LIMS/ELN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with laboratory data sources such as LIMS, ELN, Excel, and SharePoint.

• Create and develop data pipelines utilizing Python and SQL.

• Clean and organize messy R&D data into structured and well-maintained datasets.

• Manage and process data with Azure and Databricks.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams, including scientists and analysts.

• Maintain data quality, consistency, and usability across various systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a Data Engineer role.

• Practical experience with LIMS or ELN systems.

• Strong skills in SQL and Python.

• Experience in working with Excel-based data sources.

• Background in R&D, laboratory, or scientific settings.

• Nice to have: Experience with Azure and/or Databricks.

• Familiarity with Power BI or Power Apps.

• Educational or professional background in chemistry, life sciences, or related disciplines.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools in everyday workflows.
