This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Creating scalable data architecture
• Driving business results (revenue, lead quality, conversion efficiency)
• Taking ownership of data utilization, trust, and actionable insights
• Designing, constructing, and maintaining robust data pipelines for social marketing and product data sources (APIs, event streams, batch systems)
• Developing scalable ETL/ELT workflows and microservices utilizing Python and SQL
• Ensuring high data quality, reliability, and observability throughout the pipelines
• Optimizing data models for analytics and reporting scenarios
• Managing the ingestion and modeling of data from Meta Ads (Facebook) and other digital marketing platforms
• Constructing datasets that facilitate: Campaign performance tracking, Lead funnel analysis, Attribution and conversion tracking
• Converting business requirements from marketing, growth, and product teams into scalable data solutions
• Defining success metrics linked to revenue and performance
• Enabling self-service analytics through well-organized datasets
• Implementing validation checks, monitoring, and alerting for pipelines
• Ensuring consistency across various marketing data sources
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation of data models and pipelines
• Collaborating closely with marketing, growth, and analytics teams to grasp real-world use cases
• Overseeing key use cases such as: Lead funnel optimization, Campaign attribution, Revenue reporting, and forecasting
• Strong expertise in Python (essential)
• Advanced SQL capabilities for processing large-scale data
• Practical experience with data ingestion from APIs (handling rate limits, pagination, retries)
• Familiarity with data orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow or equivalent)
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms (BigQuery, etc.)
• Experience in constructing scalable data ingestion systems
• Understanding of microservices-style or modular data systems
• Strong grasp of performance and cost optimization
• Solid knowledge of Meta Ads platform fundamentals
• Familiarity with: Campaign hierarchy and metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
• Understanding of conversion tracking and attribution models
• Knowledge of lead generation workflows and funnel metrics
• Capability to analyze marketing data beyond surface-level metrics
• Exposure to event tracking systems (GA4, Snowplow, etc.)
• Experience with other advertising platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.)
• Knowledge of data modeling best practices (e.g., star schema, dbt)
• Experience with real-time or near real-time data pipelines
• Day off on the 3rd Friday of every month (resulting in one long weekend each month)
