This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile, +1 more state.

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using modern technologies.

• Create data processing and transformation solutions utilizing Python, Databricks, and Scala.

• Engage in data process and platform migration projects.

• Optimize ETL processes and integration workflows to enhance performance and scalability.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design solutions that align with business needs.

• Ensure the quality, integrity, and availability of data.

• Document processes, developments, and best practices.

• Over 2 years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar roles.

• Proficiency in development using Python.

• Experience working with Databricks.

• Knowledge of Scala.

• Understanding or experience in data process migration.

• Familiarity with ETL, SQL Server, SSIS, or other data orchestrators.

• Experience in developing and optimizing data integration processes.

• Ability to work independently and in distributed teams.

• Preferred: experience in data platform modernization or migration projects.

• Preferred: knowledge of cloud data architectures.

• Preferred: experience with agile methodologies.

• Residency in Chile or Peru.

• 100% remote work

• Full-time Monday-to-Friday schedule
