This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Design, develop, and optimize ELT pipelines that handle high-volume and high-performance for centralized data warehousing.
• Work closely with Product Managers, ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and DevOps to establish and maintain a dependable, scalable, and secure data platform architecture.
• Ensure compliance with data warehousing standards, implement best practices for data quality, and manage metadata processes effectively.
• Take ownership of designated components within the data warehouse, contributing to enhancements in performance and reliability.
• Engage in architecture reviews and participate in system design discussions to offer technical insights.
• Collaborate and support colleagues, sharing expertise and fostering a culture centered on quality and continuous learning.
• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in data engineering, focusing on building scalable data systems and pipelines.
• Proficient in SQL.
• Competent in Python.
• Experience in developing or maintaining data pipelines and working with a data warehouse or analytics stack.
• Strong foundation in computer science principles.
• Familiarity with system architecture, particularly regarding reliability, availability, and performance.
• Commitment to delivering production-ready solutions.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a strong focus on data quality.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Upper-Intermediate level proficiency in both spoken and written English.
