This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Design, construct, and sustain scalable, high-performance batch and real-time data pipelines utilizing cloud platforms.

• Architect data models and oversee structured, semi-structured, and unstructured datasets.

• Support analytics, business intelligence, machine learning, and operational requirements.

• Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into data solutions.

• Implement, test, and document data transformations, ingestion processes, and storage strategies.

• Monitor and resolve issues related to data quality, lineage, system health, and performance.

• Assess and recommend tools, technologies, and best practices to enhance infrastructure, cost efficiency, scalability, and governance.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in building data pipelines, modeling, warehousing, and ETL/ELT processes.

• Proficient in handling large, complex datasets from various internal and external data systems.

• Experience with one or more scripting/programming languages, including Python, Java, Scala, or Bash.

• Familiarity with cloud data technologies such as AWS, Spark, Redshift, S3, or Glue.

• Knowledge of monitoring systems like Great Expectations or Monte Carlo.

• Understanding of data catalog tools and lineage tracking such as Atlan or OpenMetaData.

• Acquainted with data governance and data management frameworks like Lake Formation or IAM.

• Familiarity with metadata management, lineage tracking, and security/compliance within data systems.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present technical solutions to non-technical audiences.

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
