Data Engineer – GCP, Dataform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines.

• Integrate and process information using GCP services.

• Work with BigQuery for data storage, transformation, and querying.

• Implement transformation and modeling processes using Dataform.

• Develop automated and orchestrated processes via Airflow.

• Utilize Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Functions to implement data solutions.

• Participate in the optimization, automation, and continuous improvement of data solutions.

• Apply best practices in development, version control, and CI/CD.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in developing and managing data solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), BigQuery, Dataform, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, and Apache Airflow.

• Advanced experience in SQL is preferred.

• Strong proficiency in Python is preferred.

• Experience implementing CI/CD processes is preferred.

• Familiarity with Git and GitHub is preferred.

• Experience in developing and orchestrating data pipelines is preferred.

• Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data transformation is preferred.

• Experience working with cloud architectures and services is preferred.

• Availability for full-time work, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Chile time).
