Data Engineer, GCP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development of scalable web applications and oversee dependable data pipelines.

• Collaborate across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in data engineering, emphasizing cloud solutions and web development.

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform, including VMs, Buckets, Cloud SQL, Dataproc, and Log Explorer.

• Proficiency in Vue, Java with Spring Boot, SQL, and GIT.

• Ability to write data processing logic in Scala.

• Capability to design and construct scalable data pipelines and architectures.

• Develop automated data workflows using Talend.

• Competence in writing optimized SQL queries and managing Cloud SQL (MySQL).

• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
