Data Engineer, Client Operations – Colombia

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Analyze, format, and import data: Engage with existing customer systems to extract integrated data sets, assess the data, reformat it, provide insights and findings to the client, and import the data into the client’s CINC database.

• Support and enhance ETL processes: Collaborate with our established processes to extract, transform, and load data, document and ensure quality assurance of the results, familiarize yourself with our existing documented processes, and assist in developing our future ETL processes.

• Reporting, data cleansing, and analysis: Assist with ad-hoc reporting, data scrubbing, and customer-facing data analysis and cleanup, ensuring that the data remains current and free of outdated information.

• Develop and maintain scripts and tools: Create, execute, and uphold SQL-based tools, Python scripts, VBA/Excel macros, and AI-assisted automations.

• Partner with project managers: Collaborate closely with the Project Management team to optimize the efficiency of the implementation process, including overseeing the inventory of client deliverables such as data sources, reports, task requirements, and prioritization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• At least 1 year of experience in any of the following roles:

• Data Engineering.

• Data Analysis or Business Analysis.

• Database development or administration.

• Technical support.

• Programming or prior Data Engineer experience is a plus.
