Data Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the development of Veeva Link’s next-generation Data Platform

• Enhance our existing environment through new features, refactoring, and innovative solutions

• Utilize JVM-based languages or Python to work on Spark-based data pipelines

• Collaborate closely with our data science team to operate machine learning models

• Conduct experiments within your area to enhance precision, recall, or achieve cost efficiencies

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Java or Python

• Familiarity with Apache Spark or PySpark

• Experience in developing software for cloud platforms (AWS or GCP)

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, participating in daily team discussions and contributing to in-depth technical dialogues
