Data Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Participate in the comprehensive deployment of the Neara platform for utility clients globally.

• Ingest and manipulate extensive datasets (LiDAR, GIS, and asset databases).

• Conduct thorough QA/QC to confirm that the digital twin accurately represents real-world physics and adheres to customer specifications.

• Create tailored reports and dashboards within the platform to generate actionable insights for utility engineers.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to provide insights on process and tool enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Data Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Integration Engineer, Software Engineer, or in a similar position.

• Competence in at least one major programming language (such as SQL, Python, or a similar language).

• Strong written communication abilities in fluent English.

• A degree in engineering, mathematics, software engineering, computer science, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Capability to dissect complex data discrepancies and systematically reconfigure models to achieve 100% accuracy.
