Data Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the team to establish objectives and deliver tailored data solutions.

• Innovate using new tools to enhance Mutt Data's infrastructure and workflows.

• Design and execute ETL processes, refine queries, and automate data pipelines.

• Take ownership of projects from start to finish—construct, maintain, and enhance data systems while collaborating with clients.

• Create tools for the team and support in technology migrations and model design.

• Develop scalable, high-performance data architectures.

• Prioritize code quality—review, document, test, and integrate CI/CD practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Data Engineering, particularly in constructing and optimizing data pipelines.

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (including Pandas, Numpy, Jupyter).

• Experience with any cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Basic understanding of Docker.

• Familiarity with orchestration tools such as Airflow or Prefect.

• Knowledge of ETL processes and automation practices.
