This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines utilizing Databricks and Spark.
• Create and uphold processes for integrating and transforming source data into curated, analytics-ready data layers.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and engineering teams to convert business requirements into effective data solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive data documentation, including data dictionaries and lineage.
• Work with SQL Server, encompassing data querying and management.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools and analytics to enhance decision-making, boost efficiency, and generate measurable business outcomes when suitable.
• Exercise sound judgment and ethical standards while employing AI, ensuring accuracy, data privacy, and responsible human oversight.
• Perform other assigned duties.
• Proficient in programming/scripting languages such as Python and SQL.
• Expertise in cloud data platforms, preferably Azure.
• Experience in constructing data pipelines that ingest, transform, and load source data into curated data models.
• Familiarity with data pipeline orchestration and workflow management tools.
• Strong working knowledge of Git-based version control systems.
• High proficiency in SQL Server, including query optimization and performance tuning.
• Proven ability to define and deliver projects within specified timelines.
• Capability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, operating with a high degree of autonomy and ownership.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
