Data Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze and interpret extensive and unfamiliar datasets

• Develop and enhance data pipelines in BigQuery

• Handle geospatial information

• Utilize AI tools

• Clearly articulate problems and solutions

• Collaborate on web-based dashboard projects

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in advanced SQL, including window functions, CTEs, and optimizing queries for performance

• Experience with BigQuery is highly advantageous

• Excellent communication abilities

• Proven ability to transform disorganized, ambiguous data into accurate and understandable insights

• A substantial online portfolio showcasing extensive experience as a data scientist or engineer

• Adherence to clean-code practices

• Quick learner

• Understanding of geospatial principles

• Familiarity with cloud tools and workflow orchestration (CI/CD, Docker, Airflow, etc.)

• Strong proficiency in Python for geospatial data analysis
