Data Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute data pipelines that enhance analytical capabilities.

• Convert business needs into technical solutions.

• Generate datasets for analytics and data science tasks.

• Collaborate with Data Engineers and Senior Data Engineers to design, implement, and validate data pipelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.

• Strong command of SQL with a background in crafting complex queries.

• Experience in deploying data pipelines within a cloud environment such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Proficiency in Python, particularly in ETL pipeline development.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of collaborating effectively with data scientists and analysts.

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with specialized training, relevant professional certification, or equivalent work experience.

• Preferred: Experience with healthcare data, notably Epic.

• Preferred: Familiarity with GCP BigQuery.

• Preferred: Understanding of cloud data governance best practices.

• Preferred: Experience in leveraging AI for data analysis.

• Preferred: Background in working with machine learning processes.
