• Proficiency in data orchestration and workflow management.
• Familiarity with medallion and lakehouse architectures (Bronze → Silver → Gold).
• Experience in database and warehouse migration (OLTP → OLAP).
• Strong skills in data modeling.
• Knowledge of data quality, validation, and data contracts.
• Understanding of data integrity and idempotency (deterministic IDs, exactly-once semantics).
• Experience with Change Data Capture (CDC) and event-driven pipelines.
• Competence in observability, monitoring, and alerting.
• Skilled in orchestration tools like Dagster (as well as Airflow and Prefect).
• Knowledge of data warehouses and OLAP solutions such as ClickHouse and PostgreSQL/Amazon Aurora.
• Proficiency in data transformation using dbt and Python (pandas, PyArrow, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy).
• Familiarity with open table formats and lakehouse technologies like Apache Iceberg, Delta Lake, DuckDB, and Apache Parquet.
• Experience with data quality tools like Great Expectations, Soda, and dbt tests.
