This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Design and develop robust data pipelines and create scalable data lakes.
• Facilitate business insights through the implementation of efficient data systems.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to establish data requirements and assist in business intelligence initiatives.
• Monitor and resolve issues in data pipelines to guarantee seamless operation.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in data engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and maintaining data pipelines (e.g., Apache Airflow, Talend, or similar tools).
• Strong proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python.
• Experience with data lakes and data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, AWS S3, or BigQuery).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and associated services for data processing.
• Knowledge of data modeling and optimization of database performance.
• Analytical mindset coupled with a problem-solving approach.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and process-focused, emphasizing quality.
• Must be available for a 4-hour overlap between 15:00 and 19:00 Poland time to ensure real-time collaboration.
