Data Engineer – Associate to Senior Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Design, construct, and enhance data pipelines and ETL processes.

• Create scalable data models, structures, and integrations.

• Collaborate with advanced cloud technologies such as Azure Synapse, Data Factory, Data Lake, and Databricks.

• Maintain data quality, governance, security, and compliance standards.

• Work alongside business stakeholders, analysts, and data scientists.

• Contribute to or steer complex, cross-departmental data projects.

• Enhance platform reliability through monitoring, validation, and automation strategies.

• Generate comprehensive documentation, runbooks, and data lineage.

• Guide junior engineers (for Senior-level positions).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a relevant discipline.

• Proven experience in data engineering, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling.

• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, especially for senior roles.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.

• Familiarity with cloud data platforms, preferably Azure.

• Enthusiasm for developing high-quality, dependable data solutions.
