This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
β’ Ensure thorough documentation and reporting of all findings within the assigned registry.
β’ Submit validated and timely data to the registry as required.
β’ Apply clinical skills to investigate patient care processes and treatment modalities to assess compliance with evidence-based guidelines.
β’ Record, monitor, and report retrospective, concurrent, and post-discharge data.
β’ Participate in assigned improvement initiatives.
β’ Act as a liaison between the Hospital and other organizations.
β’ Collaborate with physicians and others to develop strategies that effectively anticipate and fulfill outcome-based quality initiatives both internally and externally.
β’ Maintain expertise in current professional registry requirements.
β’ Coordinate clinical data to transform it into usable and comprehensible information to enhance patient care and delivery, identify improvement opportunities, and achieve desired reportable and patient outcomes.
β’ Capable of managing database applications.
β’ Provide consultation on data analysis and interpretation to physicians, leadership, and others, collaborating to deliver consistent, meaningful information to all organizational levels, including the Community Board.
β’ Utilize problem analysis skills and critical thinking to gather and analyze data, and develop and write reports, letters, and materials necessary to achieve desired outcomes as requested.
β’ A minimum of three to five years of relevant work experience.
β’ Degrees: Associate's Degree.
β’ Licenses and Certifications: Registered Nurse.
