This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Work in partnership with clients to gather, organize, and format data for upload to our auditing platform.

• Leverage advanced Excel capabilities to convert data from diverse sources into a format suitable for our software.

• Align the chart of accounts with our standard categories to guarantee data precision.

• Offer support to clients on optimal practices for data submission and collaborate with the team to address any conversion challenges.

• Conduct automated completeness checks to ensure the general ledger is both complete and accurate alongside the trial balance.

• Execute various data cleansing operations utilizing Excel functions to generate unique balancing journal entries.

• 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably with a focus on data management or conversion tasks.

• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals, general ledger operations, chart of accounts, and journal entries.

• Proficient in advanced Excel, including the use of complex formulas, pivot tables, and data transformation tools.

• CPA certification is desirable but not mandatory.

• Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
