This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Tailor and oversee the activity tracking system according to the project's specifications.
• Connect external systems with SharePoint by extracting data from various sources and automating data transfers utilizing Power Automate, Microsoft Graph API, or custom scripts.
• Automate data synchronization across different platforms to guarantee accurate and timely updates in SharePoint.
• Design, create, and manage SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and data-collection forms.
• Develop automated workflows in Power Automate to enhance process efficiency, notifications, and data synchronization.
• Build user-friendly data entry interfaces leveraging SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Supervise permissions, content organization, and data governance within SharePoint.
• Diagnose system issues, rectify SharePoint errors, and enhance performance.
• Collaborate with program teams, IT, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Produce documentation, standard operating procedures, and user guides for SharePoint systems and automated workflows.
• Ensure scalability, security, and adherence to organizational data policies.
• Troubleshoot case management system problems and offer user support.
• Aid in data extraction and reporting.
• Contribute to project reporting, evaluation activities, data collection, and ongoing quality improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 3 years of intermediate experience in documenting system requirements and customizing technology solutions to fulfill those requirements.
• More than 3 years of experience with SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and spreadsheets, including skills in conditional formatting, filtering, sorting, and utilizing functions.
• At least 1 year of experience with Power Apps for form customization and user interface development.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools: Teams, OneDrive, Excel, Forms, and Dynamics (optional).
