This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the Healthcare Strategy Team and serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the healthcare vertical, creating industry-specific use cases, narratives, and go-to-market strategies.
• Develop and maintain marketing materials, case studies, and solution frameworks designed specifically for healthcare clients.
• Transform intricate healthcare data challenges into actionable and scalable solutions.
• Design and construct comprehensive demo environments that highlight Zeta’s Data Cloud and ZMP functionalities.
• Lead the development of custom solutions, guiding the process from initial concept through execution and client presentation.
• Provide engaging platform demonstrations and solution walkthroughs for potential and existing clients.
• Collaborate with sales teams to define, present, and secure new business opportunities.
• Assist in both pre-sales and post-sales solution development, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Create client-specific business cases utilizing first, second, and third-party data.
• Work with the Healthcare Strategy Team, as well as product, analytics, and marketing teams, to enhance go-to-market strategies.
• Facilitate training, onboarding, and internal enablement related to Data Cloud capabilities.
• Partner on public relations, thought leadership initiatives, and vertical positioning within the healthcare sector.
• Manage and monitor the Data Cloud-supported pipeline and deliverables.
• Supervise project management related to solution outputs (audiences, insights, reporting).
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, client-ready outputs across all projects.
• 4–7+ years of experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or data-driven marketing/analytics.
• Strong preference for experience in healthcare data, identity solutions, or audience solutions.
• Profound understanding of data strategy, audience segmentation, and analytics.
• Proven experience in creating client-ready marketing materials, use cases, and case studies.
• Exceptional presentation and demonstration skills, with the capacity to simplify complex ideas.
• Familiarity with data platforms, customer data platforms (CDPs), or marketing technology (ZMP experience is a plus).
• High-level understanding of pharmaceutical expert determination, measurement (such as AQ/TM, Dx Reach, NRx/NBRx), and healthcare promotion regulations.
