• Develop and implement a project delivery strategy that aligns with global business objectives, focusing on efficient processes, effective contract and claim management, precise documentation, and ongoing improvements derived from lessons learned.
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience by prioritizing customer needs, addressing escalated issues, spotting opportunities for operational enhancements on-site, and persistently promoting customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead a team and manage project management at the portfolio level through comprehensive reviews, effective project closure, achievement of KPIs (revenue, utilization, margin, satisfaction), and collaboration with sales on planning, bids, estimating, and resource forecasting.
• Enhance operational and service performance by predicting consulting pipelines, refining project management practices, suggesting strategic efficiency enhancements, and fostering strong collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred (Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage).
• Over 10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Preferred backgrounds include service, project management, switchgear, power delivery, and familiarity with ABB solutions.
• Candidates must possess work authorization that allows them to work for ABB in the US.
