Data & BI Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

• Generate reports through data mining, analysis, and visualization techniques.

• Collaborate closely with management and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, present findings and deliverables, and foster essential relationships.

• Partner with managers to comprehend and prioritize their analytical requirements, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and delivering actionable insights to pertinent decision-makers.

• Proactively investigate data to address key questions from stakeholders or driven by self-initiated curiosity, focusing on what enhances business performance while exploring and communicating areas for efficiency and productivity improvements.

• Develop and sustain interactive visualizations by interpreting and analyzing data that integrates various reporting components from multiple data sources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience.

• At least 1 year of experience in a comparable role.

• Demonstrated analytical capabilities.

• Familiarity with Python, R, SAS, or similar programming languages is advantageous.

• Practical experience in data modeling.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Enthusiastic about technology, processes, and people.

• Willingness and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to approach challenges with a sense of ownership, enthusiasm, and innovation.

• Knowledge and experience with data analytics and business intelligence visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Tibco Spotfire.

• Proven track record of success in a collaborative, team-oriented setting.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Business acumen related to 2nd or 3rd party supplier audits and associated processes is a significant plus.
