Data Architect / Data Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop, construct, and enhance the data architecture to facilitate sales, marketing, and go-to-market strategies.

• Integrate various data sources, such as win/loss metrics, sales cycles, and operational lead times, into unified data models.

• Work in partnership with business stakeholders to convert intricate go-to-market inquiries into precise technical data specifications.

• Maintain data scalability, security, and governance throughout the analytics pipeline within the Microsoft ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience as a Data Architect or Lead Data Engineer, emphasizing business and sales intelligence.

• Profound knowledge of the Microsoft Data Stack (Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or Power BI).

• Strong proficiency in data modeling, data warehousing, and designing ETL/ELT pipelines.

• Capability to analyze and organize commercial metrics (win/loss, pipeline velocity, sales cycles).

• Exceptional English communication skills.
