This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the comprehensive data strategy for the product line, which encompasses data modeling, migration planning, ETL development, data governance, and analytics.
• Create and sustain product-specific data models and enterprise data architecture that adhere to product line standards.
• Oversee data mapping, extraction, transformation, migration, and analytics processes from legacy systems to updated platforms.
• Formulate and uphold the Data Mapping and Validation Plan, Data Migration Plan and Schedule, and Data Mapping Document.
• Design, develop, test, and manage data tools.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, enrichment, and validation in accordance with enterprise standards.
• Ensure that the data provided to third parties meets specified standards.
• Assist in the development of a cloud data ecosystem and facilitate automated data exchange between internal and external supply chain partners.
• Create and maintain bi-directional interfaces between the logistics platform and enterprise EHR, financial, and other systems.
• Implement AI/ML algorithms and Generative AI functionalities for predictive forecasting and near real-time inventory and demand insights.
• Establish a centralized supply chain dashboard that monitors purchase orders, demand variations, and inventory levels.
• Ensure that data architecture and migration processes comply with relevant security and privacy regulations.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Management, or a related discipline.
• Over 8 years of experience in data architecture and data engineering.
• Prior experience in federal health IT is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in ETL development, data migration, and data governance within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Expertise in database engineering, data modeling, and legacy logistics/supply chain systems.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, government cloud, and data pipeline tools.
• Understanding of FHIR data standards and HL7 messaging for healthcare interoperability.
• Knowledge of AI/ML and Generative AI frameworks pertaining to predictive analytics and supply chain optimization.
• Comprehension of federal data governance standards and HIPAA/PHI requirements.
• Eligibility for a federal background investigation is required.
• Candidates must be based in the US.
• Preferred certifications include: Certified Deployment Professional, Certified SAFe Agile Architect, Databricks Certified Data Engineer, Databricks Certified Generative AI Engineer, or CDMP.
