Data Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and oversee the execution of scalable and effective data architectures that align with business objectives.

• Convert business needs into technical data solutions by defining precise specifications and data models.

• Work closely with stakeholders to collect requirements and ensure cross-team alignment.

• Serve as the technical leader within a multidisciplinary team, providing guidance to a Data Engineer, Power BI specialist, and Product stakeholders.

• Supervise the development and enhancement of data pipelines and workflows utilizing Azure-based tools.

• Maintain best practices in data governance, data quality, and performance optimization.

• Facilitate and support data visualization projects, particularly through Power BI.

• Contribute to the advancement of the platform towards sophisticated analytics and machine learning capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related fields.

• Strong practical experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting purposes.

• Familiarity with Azure Data Factory and the Microsoft data ecosystem.

• Thorough understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and the design of data pipelines.

• Experience in cloud environments, with a preference for Azure.

• Advanced English proficiency - C1 level.
