This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Create summary answers for specific questions based on predetermined content.
• Evaluate content and apply sound judgment to determine appropriate responses.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly productivity targets.
• Produce daily reports detailing completed tasks.
• Support peer-to-peer training initiatives.
• Capability to efficiently handle repetitive tasks.
• Excellent written grammar skills.
• Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to make informed decisions based on established criteria.
• Strong time management skills with minimal supervision.
• Well-organized and attentive to detail.
• Dependable, adaptable, and ethical in conduct.
• Proficient in technology, including various tools and PC usage.
• Experience in transcription or tagging is a significant advantage.
• Background in a related position.
• Familiarity with roles that require the use of diverse technology tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and all its components (SharePoint, Forms, Power Automate, Outlook, Word, Excel).
