Data and Robotics Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming customer calls, perform initial troubleshooting, and convey findings clearly and professionally by adhering to established scripts and guidelines.

• Generate precise and error-free reports for both internal and external stakeholders in English, catering to both technical and non-technical audiences, including documentation for customer acceptance testing processes.

• Oversee the Scanner and Robotic fleet by executing a series of queries and adhering to defined procedures.

• Direct any abnormalities in robot behavior or other data sources to the appropriate internal escalation teams to facilitate customer issue resolution.

• Contribute to the successful deployment of new robot installations and scanner setups through diligent monitoring of robot performance and data assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a role centered on data analysis, operations analysis, or product support, particularly related to data monitoring and reporting.

• Demonstrated capability to meticulously track data, recognize anomalies, and adhere to established processes with outstanding attention to detail.

• Proficiency and experience with software, computer, or electromechanical systems in a diagnostic or support role.

• Fluency in English (B2 or higher), as collaboration will be with a US-based team.

• Experience working with US companies or clients is an advantage.
