Data and Process Automation Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Analyze and map processes to discover opportunities for automation and enhance operational efficiency;

• Design and execute process automations focused on boosting efficiency, standardization, and minimizing manual tasks;

• Structure, clean, and organize data utilized in automations, ensuring the quality, integrity, and reliability of the information;

• Assist in the development of reports and metrics derived from data generated by automated processes;

• Create technical and functional documentation for the automations developed, ensuring clarity and ease of maintenance;

• Conduct both manual and automated testing to confirm the validity of automations, ensuring stability and satisfactory performance;

• Work collaboratively with end-to-end testing and QA teams to ensure the quality of deliverables;

• Oversee and maintain automations in the production environment, identifying and addressing any potential failures or inconsistencies;

• Offer continuous improvement recommendations based on data analysis and the performance of automated processes.

• Understanding of programming logic;

• Proficiency in JavaScript for automation development;

• Fundamental knowledge of databases and data structures;

• Expertise in Excel or Google Sheets for organizing and analyzing data;

• Basic familiarity with version control (Git);

• Debugging capabilities and the ability to resolve technical issues;

• Strong analytical thinking skills;

• Well-organized with a keen attention to detail;

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely;

• Proactive attitude with a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
