• Assist in the comprehensive data-to-insight lifecycle by collaborating with teammates from the Sales Enablement & Technologies team as well as broader commercial and sales divisions.
• Aid in the design, development, and upkeep of Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Contribute to enhancing the visibility of the sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance analytics.
• Generate reports on campaigns, accounts, and customer engagement to support sales teams.
• Facilitate Power BI governance, adhering to standards and best practices.
• Oversee and sustain Power Automate flows that support reporting and data pipelines.
• Help with data quality assessments, approvals, and ensuring reporting integrity.
• Assist in the upkeep of dataflows and semantic models.
• Support ETL processes and manage day-to-day Alteryx operations, including executing, monitoring, and validating workflows used for reporting pipelines.
• Collaborate with developers and analysts to ensure clean, structured, and scalable data models are maintained.
• Assist in forecasting and revenue planning analyses.
• Support SAP-driven analyses for renewals, retention, and “renew & grow” initiatives.
• Help identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the sales pipeline through thorough analysis and reporting.
• Proven experience in utilizing Power BI for report and dashboard creation.
• Familiarity with Power Automate, dataflows, or automation principles.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with structured datasets.
• Background in data-driven or analytical reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
• A genuine passion for data, analytics, and insights.
• Analytical mindset with curiosity to understand the workings of sales organizations.
• Comfortable navigating complex datasets and multiple data sources.
• Confident in presenting insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Motivated to enhance technical skills and analytical expertise.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the UK as needed.
