This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead assessments of current data states and create phased analytics roadmaps for client projects.
• Develop frameworks for key performance indicators (KPIs), segmentation models, and advanced testing methodologies.
• Design effective predictive models using Python and applied machine learning techniques.
• Assess data maturity and determine suitable analytical approaches.
• Transform model outputs into targeted personalization and activation strategies.
• Create semantic layers and establish data contracts for AI agents and large language models (LLMs).
• Develop evaluation frameworks and implement human-in-the-loop guardrails for agentic workflows.
• Design specifications for agentic workflows within marketing operations.
• Architect scalable data strategies and collaborate with data engineering teams.
• Convert business logic into production-ready data models and marketing data marts.
• Evaluate AI models and tools, and draft governance frameworks for AI.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on client accounts.
• Simplify complex data outputs into presentations suitable for executives.
• Assist in account expansion and pitching efforts by creating technical scopes, estimating levels of effort, and developing solution frameworks.
• Transform custom client deliverables into reusable templates and firm intellectual property.
• 5–8+ years of progressive experience in data, analytics, or data science, with a strong focus on marketing, CRM, or digital personalization challenges.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Management Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and applied machine learning techniques.
• Comfortable assessing the appropriate quantitative strategy for specific business issues.
• Practical experience in modern cloud data environments (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, or equivalent).
• Experience with identity resolution, data mart design, and reverse ETL/activation schemas.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and responsible AI governance principles.
• Agency or management consultancy experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical constructs into strategic, outcome-focused narratives.
• Experience with semantic layer readiness, tool-calling schema design, orchestration of agentic workflows, and evaluation frameworks (Evals) is a substantial advantage.
• Current authorization to work in the US is required.
