Data Analytics Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product teams and stakeholders to enhance data-driven product and business strategies; you will report to the Sr. Director of Product Operations.

• Gather, cleanse, and analyze product and operational data from various sources.

• Develop and sustain dashboards and reports to monitor product indicators and performance metrics.

• Perform ad-hoc analyses to facilitate product launches and business initiatives, translating data into clear insights for team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline.

• 2 to 4 years of experience in data, product, or business analytics.

• Proficient in SQL with experience handling large datasets.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI.

• Experience with contemporary data transformation tools like dbt or similar frameworks.
