This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate on analytics projects aimed at enhancing the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of recruitment at Dropbox.
• Clarify ambiguous situations by organizing complex data and stakeholder narratives, establishing analytical rigor, and driving actionable insights.
• Track and assess key Talent Acquisition metrics, recognizing trends and uncovering the reasons behind performance fluctuations.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders, lead the gathering of requirements, and convert business inquiries into analyses and insights for People and business leaders.
• Address intricate business questions through independent research and data analysis utilizing the data warehouse.
• Ensure data validation, standardize definitions and calculations, and contribute to shared data toolkits and enablement resources.
• Approach employee experience as a product by implementing product management and design thinking, prototyping solutions, and driving execution through project management and data-driven iterations.
• BA/BS in an analytical or quantitative discipline such as Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in a Data Analytics role focused on HR and stakeholder engagement, including at least 1 year concentrated on insights related to Recruiting/Talent Acquisition.
• Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel; familiarity with statistical or analytical tools such as R or Python.
• Strong skills in data storytelling, including the ability to select analytical methods and visualization techniques suitable for diverse audiences and decision-making contexts.
• Demonstrated capability to analyze large, intricate datasets, quickly synthesize insights, and communicate actionable recommendations.
• Proven experience in managing analytics projects from inception to execution and assessing impact.
• Experience utilizing AI tools effectively in workflow processes.
• Ability to think creatively and critically while thriving in a dynamic, multifaceted, and ambiguous environment.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to supporting teammates and achieving shared objectives.
• Experience conceptualizing the employee experience as a product and applying product management principles such as roadmapping, user journeys, and feature prioritization to HR initiatives.
