Data Analytics Hub Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategy, planning, and execution of the GIA Data Analytics Hub roadmap.

• Prioritize initiatives that deliver maximum value to audit teams.

• Sustain data integrations from enterprise systems.

• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and availability of data for audit analytics applications.

• Create parameter-driven Tableau dashboards for self-service audit planning, testing, and reporting purposes.

• Manage governance procedures for analytics assets, including the publication of dashboards, documentation, knowledge management, and adherence to data retention standards.

• Mentor Senior Data Analysts.

• Foster continuous enhancements in data curation, analytics processes, and reporting solutions.

• Collaborate with audit teams and data owners across Experian to develop curated datasets, self-service dashboards, and scalable analytics capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in leading data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering initiatives within Internal Audit, Risk Management, or a comparable governance setting.

• Experience in integrating and managing data from diverse sources using SQL, APIs, and other data connectivity techniques.

• Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, SAS, or Python.

• Demonstrated experience in developing dashboards, data preparation workflows, and scalable reporting solutions.

• Experience in leading projects and coordinating deliverables among multiple stakeholders.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms; AWS experience is preferred.

• Advanced analytical capabilities with the aptitude to convert complex data into actionable insights.
