Data Analyst – Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and execute global digital products and solutions for clients, guaranteeing effective delivery and user adoption.

• Discover opportunities for automation and process standardization across various modules, offering recommendations and implementation strategies.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams that are geographically distributed, maintaining a proactive, delivery-oriented approach for clients.

• Create documentation, reports, and presentations for clients utilizing PowerPoint and other pertinent tools.

• Provide product configuration and delivery training to teams worldwide.

• Engage directly with clients to ensure optimal practices in relationship management and solution implementation.

• Leverage Artificial Intelligence tools to facilitate multilingual configurations and the delivery of client solutions.

• Conduct unit tests and Quality Assurance activities on products and projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

• Proficiency in English and Spanish (required) for effective communication with stakeholders and international teams.

• Experience with Business Intelligence tools: Power BI, Tableau, and ECharts.

• Familiarity with other tools: PowerPoint, Excel, Power Query, and JIRA.

• Understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and fundamental knowledge of Machine Learning concepts.

• Capability to create, structure, and utilize prompts for Artificial Intelligence tools to improve task execution and productivity.
