Data Analyst – Production Planning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam.

📋 Description

• Create a master production schedule based on work order specifications, established priorities, the capabilities of workers, machines/equipment, and the availability of parts and materials.

• Develop operational schedules and coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure that production and product quality align with customer expectations.

• Collaborate with Customer Service to set priorities for urgent or specific sales orders.

• Perform comparative cost analyses to identify effective and efficient options for scheduling, inventory management, production, distribution, and transportation.

• Ensure that each operation adheres to shipping dates as specified in sales orders.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of Output reliability, OIP, UEE, and UPLH.

• Work alongside Prepress to properly maintain and update master data, including lead times, colors, and Ups information.

• Partner with CS/Sales/Production/Warehouse teams to address urgent cases, late orders, and updates to ETD.

• Manage WIP on the floor at the cut-off time.

• Revise the master BOM for new items and address abnormal BOM issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• 1-3 years of experience in SML or a related field.

• Strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and fulfill overall requirements.

• Familiarity with process documentation and improvement methodologies.

• Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining tables, formulas, graphs, queries, and macros.

• Understanding of relevant computer systems, including Microsoft Office and function-specific software.
