Data Analyst, PowerBI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain highly engaging and visually appealing dashboards and reports using Power BI to effectively convey data narratives.

• Design scalable and efficient data models, utilizing advanced DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) to tackle intricate analytical challenges.

• Execute comprehensive ETL processes utilizing Power Query and SQL to cleanse, transform, and ready large datasets for analysis.

• Effectively connect and integrate data from various disparate sources into cohesive and unified analytical perspectives.

• Establish and uphold rigorous data governance standards, applying row-level security and access models to maintain data integrity and confidentiality.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product owners, and team members in a dynamic Agile environment to convert business requirements into production-ready analytical solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated, strong expertise in Power BI, covering end-to-end dashboard design and enhancement.

• Profound understanding of data modeling principles and advanced skills in DAX.

• Strong command of SQL and practical experience with data transformation methods using Power Query / ETL.

• Excellent data analysis and visualization capabilities, with a sharp focus on user experience in reporting.

• Solid knowledge of data governance, security frameworks, and proven experience in Agile settings.

• A genuinely collaborative team player with a passion for addressing complex data challenges.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities for ongoing technical collaboration and documentation.

• Practical experience with Snowflake (preferred).

• Familiarity with data integration from Salesforce and understanding of Jira data structures (preferred).

• Exposure to Python or R for statistical analysis, predictive modeling, or advanced data manipulation (preferred).

• Experience with other Business Intelligence tools like Tableau or Qlik (preferred).

• Capability to build and deploy custom Power BI visuals using TypeScript or R (preferred).
