Data Analyst, Pleno – Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct analyses and studies to support marketing team decisions, transforming business questions into hypotheses, analyses, and actionable recommendations;

• Develop and maintain dashboards;

• Collaborate with the team and peers, fostering a culture of sharing and technical growth, ensuring quality deliverables that make an impact;

• Stay updated on new techniques and trends in Analytics and Marketing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced SQL skills for manipulating and analyzing large volumes of data;

• Data manipulation, processing, and visualization using Python;

• Experience with Data Visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, Metabase);

• Knowledge of marketing structures, operations, and attribution model concepts;

• Basic understanding of statistics (descriptive statistics and A/B testing concepts);

• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or proven practical experience.

• Experience in fintech, payment markets, and other financial institutions;

• Hands-on experience in designing and conducting end-to-end A/B tests;

• Experience with Databricks environment;

• Experience with Segment, OpenSnowcat, or event-based product/web analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Amplitude);

• Experience in the creation, implementation, or technical adjustment of attribution models.
