Data Analyst – MS Power BI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create dashboards and management reports using Microsoft Power BI, integrating data from various sources to develop interactive visualizations for monitoring KPIs and outcomes.

• Conduct data analysis and evaluate project portfolios, generating studies and insights that assist in tracking deliveries, indicators, and software factory performance.

• Organize and prepare datasets for utilization by Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and cognitive engines.

• Design and establish data environments, such as Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and Data Marts, adhering to industry best practices.

• Develop, configure, and oversee ETL/ELT processes and jobs.

• Execute the processing, cleansing, and standardization of both structured and unstructured data.

• Create and enhance SQL queries, carrying out performance analysis, tuning, and improvements on complex queries.

• Identify analytical data sources and assist in the development of architecture and information structuring.

• Convert data into actionable strategic information to facilitate decision-making and monitor project performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Power BI and concepts related to Business Intelligence.

• Proficient in SQL, including the development and optimization of intricate queries.

• Background in data cleansing, transformation, processing, and integration.

• Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes, jobs, and data orchestration.

• Experience in data modeling and structuring, particularly with Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and/or Data Marts.

• Strong analytical abilities with a track record of interpreting data and generating business insights.

• Knowledge of relational and/or multidimensional databases.

• Capability to manage large volumes of structured and unstructured data.

• Understanding of how to prepare data for AI and Machine Learning projects.

• Experience with API and LLM integration for intelligent document processing and analysis — preferred.

• Familiarity with Prompt Engineering — preferred.

• Background in defining and monitoring accuracy metrics for AI solutions — preferred.

• Experience in identifying inconsistencies and hallucinations in AI outputs, as well as refining prompts and model context — preferred.

• Practical experience applying AI in document analysis, especially in credit decisioning or related fields — preferred.
