• Conduct in-depth data analysis for Nielsen’s premier reports and assist in transforming these insights into micro-narratives for social media, podcasts, and demand generation initiatives.
• Actively pinpoint cultural trends and assess their influence within Nielsen’s datasets to extract timely data points suitable for social media content.
• Analyze and compile customized data insights for client presentations, ensuring absolute accuracy and strategic relevance for our esteemed partners.
• Serve as the chief overseer of data quality, implementing the quality check protocol for all external reports and insights.
• Leverage and contribute to the development of AI-powered tools to automate routine calculations, aiding the department's objective of decreasing data analysis time by 20%.
• Create and sustain performance dashboards in Looker or Tableau that offer real-time insights for Brand, Lifecycle, and Product Marketing teams.
• Assist in the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for Ad Intel, Streaming, and Creator solutions by supplying essential market-priming research to position Nielsen as a leader in intelligence.
• 2–4 years of experience in Data Analysis, Marketing Analytics, or Research, preferably in the Advertising or Media sector.
• Proficiency in Excel is essential, and familiarity with the Google suite of software is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of Nielsen’s core datasets (e.g., National TV, Streaming, Ad Intel) and a keen interest in the evolving Creator Economy.
• A strong commitment to data integrity, along with the ability to convert intricate charts into straightforward, actionable business narratives for diverse audiences.
• Enthusiastic about obtaining certification in new core skills, such as prompt engineering and advanced data storytelling techniques.
