Data Analyst, Insights Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vermont.

📋 Description

• Facilitate sessions with organizations to establish a common understanding of objectives.

• Investigate and pinpoint relevant data available for analysis.

• Transition between technical, programmatic, and executive discussions while keeping a focus on organizational outcomes and user requirements.

• Propose key performance indicators for prioritized objectives.

• Create dashboards, visualizations, and reports to analyze indicators and extract insights.

• Support the establishment of technical specifications for data integration and analysis tasks.

• Ensure stringent adherence to privacy and security policies and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree relevant to business analytics, data analysis, analytics engineering, or data science.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored for both technical and business leadership audiences.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in business intelligence strategies.

• Extensive experience with BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Looker Studio, Superset, and/or Quicksight.

• Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in working with data in databases using SQL, CSV, and spreadsheets.

• Over 2 years of experience working remotely.

• Familiarity with analytical programming languages like R and Python is advantageous.
