Data Analyst III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their requirements and convert business needs into scalable data models, dashboards, and actionable insights.

• Design, develop, and analyze data solutions that transform raw data into valuable information for informed business decision-making.

• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions with an emphasis on usability, performance, and data integrity.

• Offer technical guidance and support to end users, including conducting office hours, resolving issues, and sharing best practices for dashboards and analytics.

• Document the architecture of solutions, data models, technical designs, processes, and development standards.

• Convey solution designs, analytical insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Work autonomously while collaborating with internal customers and cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and fulfill project requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

• Over 6 years of experience in dashboard development, business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar field.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with TIBCO Spotfire dashboard development and administration.

• Proficient in SQL, including functions, stored procedures, Row-Level Security (RLS), and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC).

• Familiarity with data lakes and modern data architecture, as well as tools such as Databricks, Power BI, GitHub, Python, R, and Salesforce.

• Experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools to enhance development efficiency, expedite analysis, and simplify technical documentation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and shifting business requirements.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to a diverse audience.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

• Capacity to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across teams.

• Experience in the oil and gas industry is highly preferred.
