This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Design and implement automation solutions to enhance processes and boost operational efficiency within the Regulatory sector.

• Organize, consolidate, and purify extensive datasets and documents, ensuring the integrity of the data.

• Develop automated routines for data aggregation, report standardization, and academic documentation tasks.

• Create dashboards and management metrics to track processes and aid in decision-making.

• Examine data, discern trends, and produce insights to assist in strategic decision-making and ongoing process enhancement.

• Construct databases that support Regulatory Journeys and other initiatives in the department.

• Spot opportunities for automation, standardization, and innovation in internal workflows.

• Work collaboratively with relevant departments to recommend technological solutions that enhance efficiency and quality of outputs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Big Data, or a related discipline.

• Proficient in advanced Excel and VBA for process automation.

• Experience using Power BI for creating dashboards and analyzing indicators.

• Familiarity with Power Automate for automating workflows and processes.

• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python for data manipulation and automation tasks.

• Proven experience in structuring, consolidating, and processing large data sets.

• Proficient in utilizing tools within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

• Understanding of data visualization techniques and development of management metrics.

• Experience in process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation, pattern recognition, and insight generation to support decision-making.
