This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of first-line secured lending data and reporting support, which encompasses regulatory reporting inputs, data integrity, reconciliations, and timely loan-level reporting.
• Oversee regulatory and risk reporting for home lending, which includes filing HMDA LAR, mapping Call Report feeds, tracking CRA activities, and conducting loan-level quality checks for fair lending and compliance assessments.
• Generate risk dashboards and management reports for portfolio, channel, geography, delinquency, vintage, concentration, and product performance analysis.
• Sustain core data pipelines, controls, and aggregation capabilities that facilitate product- and portfolio-level reporting.
• Deliver product risk oversight reporting that includes channel, underwriting, pricing, overrides, and exceptions.
• Assist with exams, committees, and business continuity planning through data extracts, analytical packages, reporting materials, and recovery-planning contributions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with compliance, risk, operations, engineering, product, legal, and business teams.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in data collection, reporting, or compliance reporting and monitoring.
• Strong grasp of mortgage lending operations and regulatory data requirements.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving aptitude.
• Capability to work collaboratively across functions and meet deadlines in a highly regulated setting.
• Proficiency in loan origination, compliance, or data reporting systems.
• Previous experience with preparing HMDA LAR, CRA data, and Call Report submissions is preferred.
• Familiarity with fair lending, mortgage compliance, or consumer lending compliance is preferred.
• Experience in supporting regulatory exams, audits, or compliance testing is preferred.
