Data Analyst – Health Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assess decisions made by the approval decision model (approved vs. denied)

• Analyze model outcomes in conjunction with medical feedback and justifications

• Detect discrepancies between established rules and clinical practices

• Review and revise the written rules of the model

• Document modifications along with the clinical and analytical rationale

• Suggest enhancements to improve accuracy and consistency

• Aid in the standardization of decision criteria

• Utilize BI and visualization tools to facilitate decision-making

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in data analysis or process evaluation

• Familiarity with decision models, business rules, or automated systems

• Background in quality review or model validation

• Strong capability to interpret technical documents (medical reports, opinions)

• Excellent logical reasoning and meticulous attention to detail

• Skill in identifying patterns and inconsistencies

• Proficient writing skills for documenting rules and decisions

• Data analysis proficiency: SQL and Python (Pandas, Matplotlib)

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker

• Advanced Excel skills

• Experience in healthcare (medical auditing, regulation, payers) — preferred

• Understanding of clinical guidelines or medical protocols — preferred
