Data Analyst, Clinical Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with operational stakeholders including Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Engagement teams to clarify analytic needs and establish requirements.

• Develop comprehensive analyses, visuals, and dashboards utilizing datasets such as claims, pharmacy, FHIR, Elevate, and other internal resources.

• Create customer-facing summaries that demonstrate Tuesday Health's impact, support JOC materials, and track progress toward service level agreements (SLAs).

• Contribute to data model development by crafting well-documented transformations and partnering with Analytics Engineering to ensure models remain accurate and aligned with reporting requirements.

• Oversee data quality for dashboards and reports. Identify anomalies, determine root causes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate downstream reporting issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong proficiency in SQL.

• Expertise in one or more Business Intelligence tools (ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, etc.).

• 2-4 years of experience in healthcare analytics or a similar data-related role.

• Proven experience in creating dashboards or regular reporting that supports operational functions.

• Experience with data analysis and transformation using Python (Nice-To-Have).

• Familiarity with dbt and best practices in analytics engineering (Nice-To-Have).

• Experience with cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or similar (Nice-To-Have).

• Knowledge of healthcare datasets (e.g., claims, ADT/HIE) (Nice-To-Have).

• Experience using git for version control (Nice-To-Have).
