Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Analyze and interpret extensive sets of operational and customer data

• Utilize Excel to organize, clean, and manipulate delivery and subcontractor information

• Align customer delivery profiles with the most appropriate subcontractors

• Maintain and update databases for subcontractors and customers

• Create reports, insights, and recommendations for the operations team

• Identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for enhancing processes

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure precise delivery allocation and planning

• Assist with ongoing reporting and business analysis needs

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel is mandatory

• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and data management

• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking skills

• Capability to work accurately and efficiently with large data volumes

• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative work approach

• Experience with Power BI is REQUIRED

• A background in freight, logistics, or transport is a plus but not essential
