Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders from Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Support, Legal, and People Operations to discover opportunities, assess performance, and enhance operational efficiency.

• Grasp the priorities and analytical requirements of business teams.

• Develop advanced analyses and scalable reporting that supports strategic initiatives and data-driven decision-making.

• Visualize and communicate analytical results for stakeholder interpretation and actionable insights.

• Assist stakeholders in recognizing new opportunities through data analysis.

• Create, monitor, review, and evaluate reports and dashboards.

• Resolve reporting issues and perform root cause analyses.

• Utilize AI tools, LLMs, copilots, and workflow automation platforms to boost analytical productivity and craft scalable business solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, economics, data science, computer science, or a related quantitative field.

• Master's degree or over 3 years of professional experience working with data, including complex dataset creation, reporting, profiling, or machine learning.

• Proficient SQL skills for data extraction and the creation of actionable datasets.

• Experience with Python for data processing and analytics.

• Capable of conducting analyses with minimal supervision.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Redash, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.

• Ability to make significant decisions in a fast-paced and uncertain environment and adapt swiftly to new priorities.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent business judgment and communication skills.

• Proficient in English.

• Preferred: graduate degree in a quantitative discipline.

• Preferred: experience in optimizing operational and financial performance.

• Preferred: background in payments, financial services, banking, fintech, or BNPL.

• Wonderlic test and coding assessment required during the interview process.

• Experience with Python, Redshift, PostgreSQL, dbt, AWS, G Suite, Mac, Claude, and ChatGPT.
